Acer Predator X27U 500Hz QD-OLED Listed at $499 in Reported Newegg Deal

Acer’s 27-inch Predator X27U F5bmiippruzx gaming monitor has dropped to $499 at Newegg, according to a November 1 report from Wccftech. The reported offer pairs a 2560 × 1440 QD-OLED display with a 500Hz refresh rate, putting an unusually high refresh specification within reach of a $500 monitor budget.

Wccftech says the model launched in mid-2026 and has been listed for as much as $799 at major retailers. Its report also identifies a $599 price at Acer’s official store. Against that reference, the reported Newegg offer represents a $100 reduction; the larger $300 saving uses the higher retailer price as its comparison.

What the reported offer includes

The monitor’s listed features include a 0.03ms response time, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and two built-in 5W speakers. Wccftech also reports VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification and peak HDR brightness of 1,000 nits. Those are reported specifications, rather than results from testing conducted for this article.

The full model suffix matters here: the offer described in the source concerns the F5bmiippruzx version of the Predator X27U. Readers comparing prices should match that identifier alongside the screen size, resolution and refresh rate.

A PC gaming deal to compare carefully

For competitive PC players, the combination of 1440p resolution and a 500Hz refresh specification is the main point of interest. Price comparisons are less straightforward: the size of the advertised discount depends on which reference listing is used.

The $499 figure reflects the offer described in Wccftech’s dated report. Its broader claim that this is the cheapest 500Hz OLED worldwide has not been independently established here.
