GeForce NOW adds in-game mod support alongside Phantom Blade Zero

NVIDIA is expanding GeForce NOW’s modding options alongside its latest game additions. In its October 29 update, the company says Mod.io support is available directly in Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Remastered, while S-GAME’s Phantom Blade Zero joins the cloud gaming service.

The mod support gives players another way to change their sessions in those two RPGs. NVIDIA’s announcement does not specify which individual mods are available or describe restrictions, so the scope of the supported selection remains unclear.

Phantom Blade Zero heads to the cloud

According to NVIDIA, Phantom Blade Zero is available on GeForce NOW following its October 28 Steam release. The Unreal Engine 5 action game follows Soul, a warrior accused of murdering his master who has 66 days to investigate a conspiracy.

NVIDIA describes a combat system featuring more than 30 primary weapons and over 20 Phantom Edges, with evasions, deflections and counterattacks. Its setting combines Chinese martial arts with mechanical prosthetics and industrial environments.

The company says Ultimate members can access GeForce RTX 5080-class cloud performance across supported devices. That is NVIDIA’s service description; the announcement provides no independent performance measurements for the game.

Nine games listed for the week

The weekly lineup also includes ATMOSFAR, Hunting Simulator 3, Queen’s Domain, Dimraeth, Dressmaker, Halloween, Hell Let Loose: Vietnam and The Seance of Blake Manor.

Players should distinguish store release dates from streaming availability. NVIDIA says games are added throughout the week after release, meaning inclusion in the roundup does not guarantee every listed title is immediately playable on GeForce NOW.

Separately, NVIDIA says four-month Performance and Ultimate membership options will become available in India on October 30.
